AspenTech is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Consultant within our Global Professional Services organization based as part of the AspenTech operation in Mexico City. Major responsibility is to provide consulting services within the SCM division focusing data integration between ERP systems and AspenTech planning and scheduling solutions. In addition to data integration, this resource will also be required to participate in the design and implementation of integration of AspenTech’s Manufacturing and Supply Chain suite of applications.
Deliver consulting services including data workshops, ERP integration using Aspen Supply Chain Connect, solutions design, implementation, technical delivery, training and advisory services to support AspenTech clients in their exploitation of AspenTech Manufacturing and Supply Chain suite of solutions.
What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other equivalent is necessary with at least 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in with ERP integration and (or) the deployment of integration of MES solutions.
Ability to lead supply chain data workshop that will identify data sources and translations needed to support the business requirements.
Competent in defining and implementing a data integration solution with external systems and databases that will efficiently meet business requirements.
Experience installing and configuring Informatica PowerCenter in design and development of Informatica PowerCenter data integration workflows following Informatica’s best practices guidelinesAble to execute program control and migration of integration solution across environments.
Knowledge of MS SQL Server and Oracle is a plus.
Can demonstrate strong experience in reading and writing of SQL, creating and modifying database objects.
Able to demonstrate an understanding of SAP data structures that would support production planning.
Expertise in configuring Web ApplicationsProgramming skills in VB, VB.Net, ASP.Net, C++, C#.Net, XML / XSL will be useful.
Excellent written and oral communication skill in English.
Capable of multi-tasking efficiently and effectively, and willing to work long hours with domestic/international travel of up to 40%.
Fast learner with a desire/motivation to learn cutting-edge new technologies.
A team player with the ability to relate to customers and maintain good working relationship
